Why Eve's Apple
At Eve’s Apple, we believe we are only as good as the stories we tell ourselves. For centuries, stories have carried sacred wisdom and remembrance.
In the earliest Hebrew texts, Eve (Chavah) means “life-bearer,” the mother of all living. The story tells that Adam and Eve lived in Eden, a garden of harmony, innocence, and unity with the Divine. They were told not to eat from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. Yet when Eve listened to the serpent and took the fruit, and Adam followed, their eyes were opened. They became aware of themselves: of duality, mortality, and free will. In mystical traditions, this act was never about sin, but about awakening.
Eve’s choice marked the birth of consciousness, the moment humanity learned to see, discern, and create. Over time, her story was rewritten, and her connection to the serpent was branded as sin. The feminine was portrayed as dangerous and untrustworthy, a distortion that wounded both women and men who forgot their divine nature.
Eve’s Apple exists to restore that truth, to bring the feminine back beside the masculine in balance and harmony. We honor beauty, intuition, compassion, and creative power.
