Returns & Refunds
At Eve’s Apple, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of receipt — no questions asked. We’re happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or a full refund.
But we encourage you to shop consciously, so please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered in a defective or damaged condition. In that case, the issue must be reported within 2 days after receipt to our customer service team. Once approved, return shipping will be free, but you must first contact us at info@eves-apple.com to register the return and receive the proper instructions.
Thoughtful purchasing helps reduce unnecessary returns and supports our commitment to a lower‑impact, more sustainable shipping process.
Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must meet the following conditions:

Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

You may try on an item as you would in a physical store, but visible signs of wear (scratches, discoloration, residue) will result in refund denial.

All items must include all original components (e.g. box, pouch, tags, certificates). Missing parts may cause rejection.

Engraved, resized, altered, or custom-made pieces are not eligible for refund.

For hygienic reasons, earrings are non-returnable if the original packaging has been opened, unless defective.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, unless defective.

We reserve the right to inspect and refuse a return if any of the above requirements are not met.

Restocking / Processing Fee: On returns, a modest restocking fee (e.g. 10%) may apply for high‑value or large orders to cover handling costs, unless the item is defective.
How to Return

Register your return in advance by emailing info@eves-apple.com. Returns that are not registered may be refused or risk being lost in transit.

Include the original invoice or packing slip, with your order number clearly visible, inside the return parcel.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have (following the return procedure above). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.
Warranty & Legal Guarantee
In accordance with EU consumer law, all products sold by Eve’s Apple are covered by a statutory 2‑year legal guarantee. This guarantee covers any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery.
If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item free of charge.
Refunds are not applicable under the legal guarantee unless repair or replacement proves impossible or unreasonably delayed.
Exclusions
The legal guarantee does not cover damage resulting from:

Scratches, dents, or surface damage occurring after delivery

Water damage, discoloration, or corrosion caused by exposure to moisture, perfumes, chemicals, or improper storage

Accidents, misuse, or neglect

Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
Jewelry is inherently delicate and should be treated with care. To preserve its quality, we recommend avoiding contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh cleaning agents.
