That’s why our logistics choices may not always offer the fastest option, but they are always made with care. We aim to consolidate shipments where possible, reduce unnecessary packaging, and minimize our ecological footprint throughout the supply chain.

Returns are welcome, but return shipping is not free, except in the case of damaged or defective products. In such cases, please contact our customer service team before sending anything back. We kindly ask you to shop consciously, consider your choices, and help us reduce the environmental cost of shipping.

We offer free shipping within Belgium and The Netherlands for any orders, and free shipping within Europe for all orders above €150.

International Shipping Outside the EU

We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders above €250.

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and/or local taxes in the destination country.

  • The recipient is responsible for paying these charges upon delivery (Delivered Duty Unpaid – DDU).

  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount in advance. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

  • Estimated delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections or border delays.

  • Returns from countries outside the EU, including the United States, may incur higher return shipping costs and longer processing times. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
